TrueTruss is providing solutions to many builders' most common floor framing problems. This founding division of TrueHouse, launched more than 16 years ago, delivers quality, manufactured floor trusses that will reduce your flooring headaches simply by reducing waste, theft and framing time. With our custom-made floor trusses, you can count on savingmoney without compromising any flexibility. Here's how:

Eliminating Wood Waste
Using newer growth and custom cutting means maximizing the use of every tree. And, because we deliver a finished floor rather than lumber, we minimize workforce mistakes. Reducing wood waste conserves the environment and your capital expenses.

Reducing Theft
While you may find pieces of lumber missing due to theft, it is unlikely an engineered wood floor truss will disappear.

Decreasing Construction Time
Often, you can reduce building time by as much as 60 percent by using a floor truss, saving you on labor costs and helping you meet the industry's ever-tightening deadlines.

Example: A 2,600 sq. ft. house

Stick Frame 38 Hours 4,256 board ft.
Floor Truss 12 Hours 3,147 board ft.
Using Floor Trusses Saves 26 Hours 1,109 board ft.

Built-In Flexibility

We use an open web configuration for our floors, offering you plenty of space for plumbing, electrical and mechanical runs to help you effectively manage today's more sophisticated homes.

  • Though the typical depths for floor trusses are 12 to 24 inches, we can provide shallower or deeper configurations if needed.
  • Our trusses can be used with a variety of on-center spacing to maximize the structural efficiency and speed of installation.
  • Floor trusses can also be manufactured into long spans, reducing or eliminating the need for intermediate bearing walls, beams, columns or footings.
  • We can even design stiffness into a floor truss to create a more solid floor.

Value:
By reducing labor costs and practically eliminating waste, our floor trusses save you money.
